I recently searched for a lower cost upgrade from Cubase AI 9.5 to Pro 10.5. I found a great deal at Sweetwater, so I thought. First I called in rather than just placed the order. I got a Sales rep. Brain. Brian happily sells me the download. After a few hours of waiting; the download arrives. I follow the instructions... no versions to be upgraded. Found out I had upgraded to 10.5 which cost more money. Paid it. Got another download. Same problem. Set multiple screenshots of everything all weekend up to today, nearly a week later. Still not working. Sweetwater Sent the wrong upgrade again... WANTED $200 MORE for another download with no attempt to make it right with me paying. Sweetwater Can Kiss my Ass for trying to hustle a Man for dollar. They thought they had a sucker and made some change on daily interest. Shame on you SWEETWater
My guitar came 3 months late. I was never updated at all on the order. When it arrived it was not set up, and one of the pickups didn't work

Sweetwater is the way to go if you want a worry free purchase. I’ve made several purchases and have yet to be disappointed. COVID has slowed delivery to many companies, but once Sweetwater get them instock, they get it to you quick. Sales Engineers are great and don’t make you feel like another number. Steven Graham was my Sales Engineer and he makes you feel you own stock in the company. Great products, great service and unbelievable knowledge on what they sell.
I started playing guitar again in our worship band a few months ago. Since I had gotten rid of most of my gear I had to rebuild my pedalboard. Sweetwater is where I got most of this done. They had everything that I was looking for and got it to me fast. I always received a follow up call to make sure everything was good with the order and it always was. As I continue to need things(endless tweaking), Sweetwater has more than earned my business.
I've been having trouble getting recording working on Ableton Live Lite using the Scarlett Focusrite I recently purchased from Sweetwater. They were recommended to me by friends who said they were helpful with setup and configuration issues.
When I explained my problem to the tech support representative he told me that he couldn't fix it without seeing my screen, and suggested a couple of youtube videos (like I hadn't already done that). I then asked if there was a way to schedule a Zoom session. His response: "we don't offer that service"
Ordered a 3-foot Mogami cable. Prompt delivery and communication was constant. Sale was one cent more expensive than Amazon, but the psychological comfort of knowing I don't have to worry about fake product seller reviews, knock-off or refurbished products, or misleading item descriptions was well worth the extra penny; literally.
The guitar I wanted was out of stock so I called to find out when they would be back in stock. My rep was honest with time frame and helpful. I received an email with pictures of my guitar when it came in to Sweetwater. They check it over before shipping. I received my guitar sooner than I expected. They follow up to make sure all is good with the guitar. I will buy from Sweetwater again and highly recommend them.

You don't get a salesman - you get a "sales engineer" - a fellow musician, incredibly knowledgeable on all their products who will steer you to the prefect gear for your needs and budget. Always friendly, best prices around! I don't feel like a customer - I feel like part of the Sweetwater Family!
Bought a keyboard and stand from them. Friendliest and most helpful company I've ever gotten hardware from. The staff work one on one and are here to help! They've gotten themselves my loyalty for life.
The customer service at Sweetwater is fantastic. I didn’t spend a lot of money, but their sales team followed my order every step of the way. Even after receiving my gear, they wanted to know if I was happy and satisfied. When I do drop the cash on a big item in the future, it will be with these guys.

I recently purchased a Takamine thin line acoustic electric guitar from Sweetwater. My experience from the planning to delivery couldn’t be better! My sales engineer, Joel Helton, helped me sift through many guitars of this type, ending on the Takamine. After deciding on the guitar we talked about the set up. He relayed the set up info to their set up techs who set it exactly how I like it. The shipping department packed it perfectly and it arrived in good shape through some very severe cold weather. I have bought a lot of gear from Joel over the years and he has always steered me in the right direction. His passion for gear is just like mine, and it is a pleasure talking music with him.
